If you need to reconnect your BrightSign device to a different WiFi network, or if your current network credentials have changed, you can “forget” the saved network directly from the EverPass Manager and complete the WiFi setup process again.
Forget Your Connected Network
- Log in to the EverPass Manager.
- Navigate to Marketing > Manage Your Devices.
- Locate the BrightSign device you want to reconnect.
- In the Actions column, select the WiFi icon.
- Confirm that you want to forget the current network.
Reconnect Your Device to WiFi
After removing the saved network, follow the BrightSign WiFi setup instructions to reconnect your device to your business network:
