Finding Device Name and Serial Number in the EverPass Manager

You can use the Device Report in EverPass Manager to find the name and serial number for each of your devices.

Please note: You must have access to device information in EverPass Manager. If you cannot access this information, contact your AV/IT or EverPass Support 

Find your device information

1. Log in to EverPass Manager using your email address and password.

2. Go to Manage Your Devices.

3. Select all devices by checking the box in the Device Name column heading.

4. Click Device Report. A report will be downloaded as a CSV file.

5. Open the downloaded CSV file.

6. Review Column A for the device Name.

7.  Review Column S for the device Serial Number.
