The EverPass Control API allows third-party AV control systems to communicate directly with EverPass Devices. This article explains how to request API access for supported integrations.
For a list of approved third-party control integrations, see Third-Party EverPass Device Control.
Overview
The EverPass Control API allows supported AV control platforms to communicate directly with EverPass Devices. The API provides access to:
- Device Status: View your venue's devices and their current status (online or offline).
- Device Schedule: View what's currently playing and upcoming on a device.
- Live Event Catalog: Browse live events currently available on EverPass.
- Playback Control: Switch a device to a live event or stop playback.
Requesting Access
The EverPass customer, or an integrator acting on behalf of an EverPass customer (with the customer copied on the request), can request API access.
To request access, email api@everpass.com and include:
- EverPass organization name
- EverPass organization ID
- Whether the integrator already has EverPass Manager access. If not, include customer approval to grant access and a list of the locations the integrator should be able to access.
Note: To find your EverPass organization name and organization ID, sign in to the EverPass Manager and click your organization name in the upper-right corner.
What to Expect
Our team will review your request.
If approved:
- API access will be enabled.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email.
- If you are an integrator receiving EverPass Manager access for the first time, you will also receive your EverPass Manager credentials.
Once access has been provisioned, see Generating API Credentials for steps on how to generate your API credentials in the EverPass Manager.
