You can turn closed captions on or off for live events in EverPass Manager.
Steps:
- Sign in to EverPass Manager.
- Click your account name in the top-right corner.
- Click the Settings gear icon.
- Find the closed captions setting.
- Toggle closed captions on or off.
The setting takes effect for live events managed through your account. If you do not see the closed captions setting, contact your account administrator or EverPass support.
