Scheduling a Test Stream

A Test Stream allows you to verify that your EverPass device(s) are working properly before an event. During the test, you'll see a live video stream so you can confirm video quality, audio, and overall performance.

For the most accurate results, we recommend running a Test Stream while your business is operating under conditions similar to a live event. Testing while your Point of Sale (POS) system, guest Wi-Fi, TVs, and other connected devices are in use provides a more realistic picture of how your network will perform during a game or other live event.

Running a Test Stream during periods of little or no network activity may not reveal issues that could occur during your busiest times.

1. Log into the EverPass Manager
2. Click “Device Manager" in the left sidebar.
3. Select checkbox next to the device(s) of your choosing.
4. Click "Run Test Stream"
   Please note: You can now run the test directly from the On-Screen Guide, making it easier to check your setup while you’re on site.

The test stream will run for 30 minutes. You may press "Stop Test Stream" to return to your regularly scheduled EverPass playlist.
