How to Use:
Scheduling Events from a Parent Account
If you have multiple locations and/or zones you’d like to subscribe an event to, you can schedule an event to all (or some) of them at the “Parent Level”. Watch this video for an example.
Scheduling Events for One Location
We recommend taking advantage of stress-free scheduling by selecting the events in advance so they automatically go live on EverPass screen(s) when the game starts and turn off when the game ends.
- Log into the EverPass Manager
- Navigate to the organization icon
and select the account you want to program from the drop down options (NOTE: You can only program events at the account level, You can not currently program events at the organization level)
- Click on The Sunday Ticket, Peacock Sports Pass, Prime Thursday Night Football icons or the Entertainment section, located on the left-hand side menu
- Click the event(s) that you’d like to stream
Selecting an event with multiple devices or “zones”
If you have multiple devices or “zones” you have the option for each devices to play different events. Watch the video below for an example.
Changing from one game to another
To turn off a game currently playing, simply click the event icon to turn it off. From there, you can click a different event that you’d like to play.
If you don’t want any event to play, the screen will simply return to your regular EverPass content of promotions and short-form entertainment channels.
The on-screen guide brings a familiar TV-style experience to your EverPass device. Using just the remote, staff can quickly switch between games or return to marketing content.
Best Use Case:
Perfect for real-time changes during service, especially when:
- A patron requests a different game
- Staff need the fastest way to swap content on the fly
How to use:
EverPass is introducing a new Onscreen Guide to enhance your navigation experience. This guide will be accessible via your remote, allowing you to toggle seamlessly between live events and marketing content.
- Make sure your remote is ON
- Point the remote at the FRONT of the box
- To turn on the on-screen guide
- Chromebox Devices: Tap any button on the remote and the guide will populate
- Android, Xumo, Xi6 Devices: Tap the up arrow and the guide will populate
- Use the arrows to navigate between live events and your marketing channel
- Hitting OK or ENTER will select the event and/or marketing channel; the guide will automatically disappear and the content will load
Please note:
- If the Terms and Conditions have not been accepted for an event, it will not show up on the guide. You will need to accept it in the EverPass Manager, and then the event will populate.
- If no live events are happening at the time, the empty state will populate

Turn your phone or tablet into a controller for your EverPass device. The Mobile Scheduler is web-based and easy to use (no app download required).
Best Use Case:
A flexible option for staff who prefer mobile devices or don’t have the device remote handy. Great for quick real-time changes during service, making adjustments while on the go, or even scheduling when you’re not at your venue.
How to Use:
Transform your phone or tablet into a mobile scheduler that can turn live events on & off, as well as schedule events taking place in the future.
- Go to the Remote-Control.upshow.tv on your phone or tablet
- Log-in with your same EverPass Manager credentials
- Select Live & Upcoming events with a simple tap or utilize our search function (see below)
Managing Multiple Devices and Locations on the EverPass Remote

- Check the top right corner to know which screen/location you are managing
- Select “Account” in the bottom right corner to manage your locations
- Click on account and select “Devices Menu” to see what devices that are associated with your organization, then select “Find device”
