How do I manage my account hierarchy?

Your account hierarchy is how you can manage multiple devices / locations from one account. This works like a waterfall, where anything uploaded to the Parent Level will trickle down to all subsequent levels, but something uploaded at the lowest level will not be uploaded to any other devices. 

If you see that a spotlight is marked as locked by the parent, that means that your content was originally uploaded from the parent level, but is now being viewed at a lower level. 

How to switch locations:

• Click your account name in the top right
• Use the dropdown or search bar to find your location
• Click the location you want to manage
• Your account will update to show the selected location
