Can EverPass transfer my EverPass NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription directly to DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS? 

No. EverPass cannot transfer your existing Subscription or contract to DIRECTV. If you would like to receive NFL Sunday Ticket through DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS, you will need to establish a new agreement directly with DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS.

Will DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS honor the pricing, discounts, or payment plan I received from EverPass? 

Pricing, payment plans, discounts, and service options may differ between providers. We encourage you to contact DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS at 888.388.4249 to learn about your available options.

Does canceling my EverPass Subscription automatically activate NFL Sunday Ticket with DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS? 

No. Canceling your EverPass Subscription and establishing service with DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS are separate processes. You must work directly with DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS to establish your new service.

Can I choose to keep NFL Sunday Ticket through EverPass instead? 

Yes. If you already have an active NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription through EverPass, you may receive it through EverPass for your existing Subscription Term. 

NFL Sunday Ticket Refunds

If I cancel my EverPass NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription, will I receive a refund? 

If you first subscribed to NFL Sunday Ticket through EverPass on or after April 1, 2026 and elect to cancel, then EverPass will refund any payments you have made toward your 2026 NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription.

How will my refund be issued? 

When possible, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. In some cases, an alternate refund method may be required based on your payment history or current account information. We’ll confirm the applicable refund method as part of the cancellation process.

What happens to future NFL Sunday Ticket payments I have scheduled with EverPass? 

Once your EverPass NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription cancellation has been completed, EverPass will stop future billing for the canceled subscription.

Do I still have to pay an outstanding EverPass NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription balance before I can move to DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS? 

After successfully cancelling your EverPass NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription, EverPass will not require payment of any unpaid invoices associated with your cancelled NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription.

Other EverPass Subscriptions

Do I have to cancel my other EverPass subscriptions if I cancel NFL Sunday Ticket? 

No. You can choose which EverPass subscriptions you would like to keep.

You may continue subscriptions such as EverPass Core, Peacock Sports Pass, ESPN+ for Business, or other eligible EverPass products even if you cancel your EverPass NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription.

Can I cancel my other EverPass subscriptions at the same time as NFL Sunday Ticket? 

If you purchased other EverPass subscriptions (with initial term dates commencing on or after April 1, 2026) in connection with your initial NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription purchase, you may also elect to cancel the remaining term(s) for those subscriptions. 

Will I receive a refund for other EverPass Services I cancel? 

Payments already made for EverPass Core, EverPass Engage, Peacock Sports Pass, ESPN+ for Business, or other non-NFL Sunday Ticket subscriptions are not refundable. You may choose to terminate other EverPass subscriptions in accordance with the terms of your applicable agreement by reaching out to your account manager or by emailing cancellations@everpass.com.

If I cancel NFL Sunday Ticket through EverPass can I still maintain my EverPass subscriptions to EverPass Core, Peacock Sports Pass, or ESPN+ for Business?

Yes. You do not need an EverPass NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription in order to maintain or purchase other EverPass Subscriptions and Services. Please note that an active EverPass Core Subscription is required to receive content through the EverPass platform.

EverPass Hardware

Will EverPass refund the Hardware fees I paid? 
If you cancel your NFL Sunday Ticket Subscription and no longer plan to use the EverPass streaming platform, EverPass will refund the fees you paid for eligible EverPass Hardware.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Can I continue using my EverPass Hardware for other EverPass Services? 
Yes, provided you maintain the subscriptions required to receive those services through EverPass.

Timing and Service

How will I know when my EverPass cancellation is complete? 
EverPass will email you confirmation once the applicable subscriptions have been canceled.

Multi-Location Customers

I have NFL Sunday Ticket at multiple locations. Do I have to make the same decision for every location?

No. Each locations/subscription can be handled individually. You may choose to keep EverPass Services at certain locations and move other locations to DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS.
