It is never recommended to use a combination of EverPass devices and Connected TV devices in one venue.
EverPass devices and Connected TV devices may behave differently across scheduled events, EverPass Engage features, remote support, and troubleshooting. For example, the EverPass Connected TV app may need to remain open for automatic event launches, and certain remote support actions may not be available.
Since the two device types have different capabilities and support considerations, a mixed-device setup can create operational complexity for venue staff and make troubleshooting more difficult. For the most consistent and supportable setup, we recommend using the same device type throughout your venue.
