Before your next live event, take time to test your streaming environment. Running a few simple checks before guests arrive can help you identify potential issues early and ensure your venue is ready for game day.
Test Your Streaming Environment
Before game day, run a test stream on every EverPass Device or TV you plan to use at the same time.
While testing, make sure:
- Your internet connection is performing as expected.
- Every device can successfully stream content.
- All devices appear online in the EverPass Manager.
If you haven't already, run a speed test to verify your network performance during your busiest business hours.
Verify Audio & Video Performance
Walk through your venue while your test streams are playing.
While your test streams are playing, confirm that:
- Video is playing smoothly on every TV.
- Audio is working where expected.
- Each TV is showing the correct event.
- Video and audio quality meet your expectations throughout your venue.
Testing from different areas of your business helps confirm that guests will have a consistent viewing experience, no matter where they're seated.
